It seems that my allergies have been getting worse. It seems that the older I get the worse they get. So I’m going to be making an appointment with the allergy and asthma specialist. take maganese and selenium for your allergies those r minerals ur body needs to ward them allergies off. and bromilain an extract from pineapple take that to fight off that darn asthma.. dont believe me that it works look it up. u wanna get better try that simple remedy first…..also the crust from fried chicken helps in asthma that i dont know why but it does…and remember one day doesnt work

Tôi thích ăn rau Đắng sống chấm với nước cá kho hay thịt kho ( phải rửa kỷ, ngâm nước muối mặn , rồi rửa lại sạch trước khi ăn ), vị đăng đắng, giòn giòn của rau Đắng khó mà ngán, khó mà ngừng ăn, rất là kích thích khẩu vị. Tôi cũng hay trộn rau Đắng với các loại rau khác làm một dĩa sà lách với dầu giấm và cả trứng luộc cắt khoanh . Và ngon nhất có lẽ là rau Đắng ăn với bún mắm hay lẩu mắm ….

Medicine
This plant has a number of uses in Ayurveda, as one of the herbs used in Rasayanas. It is a traditional treatment for epilepsy and asthma.[5] It has antioxidant properties, reducing oxidation of fats in the bloodstream.[5] However, anti-epilepsy properties seem to be in very high toxic and near lethal doses, so it’s only used—at much lower non-toxic dosage—as an additive to regular epilepsy medication. Studies in humans show that an extract of the plant has antianxiety effects.[5][6]
It is listed as a nootropic, a drug that enhances cognitive ability. In India, this plant has also been used traditionally to consecrate newborn babies in the belief that it will open the gateway of intelligence.
